London, England, United Kingdom (London or home counties based). The role will involve visiting end user clients in the City, Greater London and further afield.Responsibilities

Fix faults (service) and complete preventative maintenance checks for clients within the blue chip market place.Perform fault diagnostics on integrated AV / videoconference systems and resolve issues ranging from simple connectors to complex problems.Work hands-on with a quick and efficient approach while keeping the end user client informed and satisfied.Complete all paperwork, sign-off and submit on time.Utilise skills in audio and video along with control systems; experience with DSP / Bi-Amp / QSC, Qsys, Dante is a must.Qualifications

Previous experience with audio and video along with control systems is required.Knowledge of DSP / Bi-Amp / QSC, Qsys, Dante is desirable.Based in the UK or eligible to work in the UK; NO sponsorship offered.Details
