Role Overview We are seeking a talented and reliable Chef / Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities Meal Preparation and Service: Standardize, prepare, and cook high-quality dishes according to the required dietary needs or menu specifications. Menu Planning: Assist in designing and executing engaging menus (including a-la-carte or specialized dietary menus where required). Kitchen Operations: Manage daily section tasks, ensuring prep work is completed efficiently and food waste is minimized. Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP), ensuring the kitchen, equipment, and utensils are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. Stock Management: Assist with stock control, rotation (FIFO), and correct storage of ingredients. Requirements and Qualifications Experience Minimum of 6 months of professional chef experience within the UK is essential. Proven experience working as a Chef, Chef de Partie (CDP), or A-la-carte Chef.
