The successful candidate will provide technical support in both reactive and preventative situations, ensuring machinery and ancillary equipment are correctly set up, optimised and maintained to achieve production, quality and efficiency targets.Working closely with Production, Engineering, Technical and Quality teams, you will troubleshoot production issues, support mould and material trials, optimise machine performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.Key Responsibilities Set up production machinery and ancillary equipment safely and to the required standard.Provide technical troubleshooting support and respond to production and equipment issues.Identify, investigate and resolve processing and production issues to minimise downtime, waste and loss of efficiency.Support efficient shift operations and provide cover for the Shift Manager when required.Conduct mould trials ..... full job details .....
