Job Description:
anduuml;andnbsp; Deliveringandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;well-structured, andandnbsp;differentiated lessonsandnbsp;that meet the needs of all learners acrossandnbsp;Key Stage 2.
anduuml;andnbsp; Creating aandnbsp;positive,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;stimulating classroom environmentandnbsp;that encouragesandnbsp;independent thinkingandnbsp;andandnbsp;confidence.
anduuml;andnbsp; Monitoring and assessing pupil progress usingandnbsp;formative and summative assessment strategies, and providingandnbsp;targeted feedback.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
anduuml;andnbsp; Have experience teachingandnbsp;KS2andnbsp;within theandnbsp;UK education systemandnbsp;(desirable but not essential).
anduuml;andnbsp; Beandnbsp;adaptable,andnbsp;enthusiastic, and committed to supporting theandnbsp;diverse needsandnbsp;of learners.
anduuml;andnbsp; Possessandnbsp;excellent communicationandnbsp;andandnbsp;interpersonal skillsandnbsp;to engage effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
anduuml;andnbsp; Hold a currentandnbsp;enhanced DBS certificateandnbsp;or be willing to obtain one.
