As the Account Manager you will report to the Head of Sales and be responsible for: Client Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Project Coordination and Delivery Coordinate with internal teams including production and other account managers to deliver a high quality service according to client expectations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Sales and Revenue Growth Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities is an essential part of this role. Work toward meeting revenue targets Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Work alongside Business Development function when new clients are on-boarded Account Planning and Strategy Develop strategic plans for each client account.
