Role purposeDeliver high-quality testing for identity processing and provisioning across the identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver). You''ll validate that identities, accounts, and entitlements are provisioned and removed accurately, securely, and in line with control expectations.Key responsibilitiesExecute functional, integration, and regression testing for identity processing and provisioning changes.Test end-to-end flows across source systems (e.g., HR), identity platform, directories (AD/LDAP), and target applications.Validate provisioning outcomes: account creation/updates, entitlement assignment/removal, approvals, and de-provisioning.Perform negative and exception-path testing (failed connectors, retries, reconciliation, manual overrides).Validate identity data mapping and transformations (attributes, rules, and role logic such as birthright access).Prepare and maintain test artefacts: test cases, test data, execution evidence, and test summary updates.Log and manage defects with clear steps, expected vs actual results, and supporting evidence (logs/screenshots/API responses).Support UAT and release activities by providing test status, risks, and go/no-go input.Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and platform teams to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
