Fleet Coordinator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Fleet and Maintenance Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating all vehicle and asset maintenance activities, ensuring full compliance with legal and safety standards, and supporting day-to-day operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage maintenance schedules for vehicles, trailers, and equipment, including PMIs, MOTs, LOLER testing, brake tests, and other statutory inspections. Ensure full compliance with all DVSA, operator licence, and manufacturer requirements. Process maintenance documentation accurately and keep internal systems updated. Coordinate breakdowns, repairs, and servicing with approved suppliers, ensuring minimal downtime. Raise purchase orders, authorise repairs, and monitor costs against agreed budgets. Maintain up-to-date and accurate fleet records for compliance visibility. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring service levels and response times are achieved. Deliver excellent customer service, resolving issues quickly and professionally. Support continuous improvement in fleet maintenance and compliance processes. Skills and Experience Strong organisational and administrative skills.
