This is a key clinical role within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, supporting young people and their families through high-quality, evidence-based systemic practice. The post holder will deliver specialist family therapy interventions, contribute to MDT care planning, and support the wider team through consultation, supervision, and reflective practice. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialist systemic assessments and family therapy interventions. Work closely with young people and families within an inpatient CAMHS setting. Participate in MDT meetings, ward rounds, CPAs, and care planning. Provide consultation, reflective practice, and supervision to clinical staff. Support staff wellbeing, development, and training across the service. Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and governance.
