The school provides a supportive environment for children with additional needs, with a strong focus on safety, welfare, positive behaviour and encouraging appropriate social interactions.The school is looking to take on a Lunchtime Supervisor on a full-time, long-term basis from September, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful Lunchtime Supervisor will monitor children during lunch breaks, support with eating and personal care where required, supervise play, maintain positive behaviour, respond to incidents appropriately and work closely with teachers and other school staff.The successful Lunchtime Supervisor will have: Experience working with children, ideally within a SEND or primary school setting Experience supporting children with additional needs A positive and caring approach with strong communication skills The ability to maintain vigilance and ensure the safety and welfare of children Confidence managing ..... full job details .....
