This busy role requires an organised, forward thinking individual who has experience within the industry. The role includes the following: Marketing new properties and reference checking prospective tenants, Arranging viewings and valuations, Arranging tenancies, Property management, Arranging house inspections and gas checks, Dealing with move outs and bond returns, Chasing rent arrears, Prospecting for new business opportunities.
