Our Contentious Trusts and Probate Team is led by Louise Maidment and sits within our Private Client Group, alongside our Wills, Trusts and Probate and Estate Planning and Tax Teams. The Team acts for private individuals, trustees, executors, deputies and attorneys in relation to a range of contentious matters. Their work includes all aspects of contentious probate and trusts, 1975 Act claims and extends to Court of Protection matters. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive Team, where there are lots of opportunities to learn and further develop your career.About You

We are looking for individuals who ideally have at least three years of experience, gained working on a wide variety of contentious probate work at a regional or national firm. You will be committed to delivering quality legal services proactively and with the highest quality of client care. You will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients or other external professionals.Contact Us
