Working within a live environment, you''ll ensure high standards of safety, compliance and customer service at all times.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance on mechanical building services.Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical plant and equipment.Undertake plumbing repairs and HVAC maintenance.Complete minor installation and upgrade works.Support statutory compliance and health and safety requirements.Work from CAFM systems to manage and close maintenance tasks.Liaise with university staff, contractors and the wider FM team.Participate in the on-call rota where required.
