The Role: - Supporting pupils with phonics and early reading interventions- Delivering small-group and individual learning activities- Helping pupils develop their understanding of phonemes and graphemes- Supporting early reading, blending and segmenting- Reinforcing classroom learning and teacher-led interventions- Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff- Encouraging confidence, engagement and positive learning habits The Ideal Candidate: - Has relevant experience supporting phonics or early reading- Has recent experience working within a UK primary school- Understands early literacy development- Is confident supporting pupils individually and in small groups- Has a patient, encouraging and nurturing approach- Is available for full-time or part-time work Why ..... full job details .....
