The Firm Our client is a leading City law firm with a strong international presence and a highly regarded Compliance and Risk function. The firm is currently enhancing its conflicts capability as part of the implementation of a new Intapp Conflicts and Intake system. The Opportunity The firm is seeking a Conflicts Lawyer to join its Risk Legal Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role will support the transition to a more centralised conflicts clearance process and will work closely with the NBI Team and fee earners on complex conflicts matters. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and resolving complex conflicts reports Advising fee earners and Partners on conflict issues and resolution strategies Ensuring compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations (including STaRS) Supporting conflicts analysis for lateral hires Assisting with the development of conflicts policies, procedures, and training Supporting the rollout of the new Intapp system Requirements Qualified lawyer with 2-4 years'' PQE and experience in conflicts Strong knowledge of professional rules and regulatory requirements Experience within a City or international law firm Exposure to US conflicts rules and Intapp Conflicts is advantageous Vacancy Highlights Competitive salary Excellent Benefits Exposure to complex, firm-wide risk matters For a confidential discussion regarding this Conflicts Lawyer opportunity, please contact Birchrose Associates.
