They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic plumber to cover the Spalding area carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs and installation within domestic social housing properties on a local Housing Association contract. The Role: Plumbing repairs and maintenance Installation of plumbing fixtures Assess and rectify plumbing issues Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records Requirements: 2 years experience as a plumber Experience in carrying out plumbing repair work and maintenance Plumbing Qualifications such as City and Guilds or NVQ Full UK Driving Licence No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment) The Package: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Overtime paid at hourly rate Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided. Salary: £31,500 per annum (DOE) Out of Hours call out on rota basis.
