Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs and maintenance industry.We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Oxford.Duties Carrying out plumbing repairs in occupied properties Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages and drainage issues Replacing taps, toilets, basins and other sanitary ware Repairing and replacing pipework, valves and fittings Working on unvented cylinders, hot water systems and radiators Removing and refitting bath panels to access pipework and carry out repairs Recording completed works and materials used Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Providing excellent customer service to residents Requirements Proven experience in domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance Experience working on unvented cylinders Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Good communication and customer service skills Full UK driving licence Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours emergency rota Details Full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm (42.5 hours per week) Location: Oxford Company van, fuel card and uniform provided 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Employee discounts, family-friendly policies and volunteering leave Please apply if you are ..... full job details .....
