Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner, you will provide practical HR advice and support to managers across multiple sites throughout the North. The successful candidate will act as a trusted HR partner, supporting managers with employee relations, ensuring consistency in HR processes and helping to develop confident and capable managers. The Role This is a hands-on HR position, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operational teams and is comfortable managing a varied workload. You will provide day-to-day advice on a range of HR matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance issues, whilst coaching managers through the appropriate processes. You will also play an important role in ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across all locations, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing best practice across the wider HR team.
