About the Role

As a SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver tailored, differentiated lessons to meet diverse learning needs
• Support pupils with EHCPs, ASD, ADHD, and additional needs
• Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
• Use innovative strategies to engage, motivate, and inspire learners
• Monitor progress closely and adapt teaching to maximise outcomes
• Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and parents

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in SEN / SEND education (primary or secondary)
• A qualified teacher with QTS (preferred, but not essential)
• Skilled in behaviour management and differentiation
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient
• A strong team player with a genuine passion for inclusive education
• Confident supporting pupils with complex needs and varying abilities
