The total account spend totals around £6 million with travel to client site when necessary.Account Manager Key skills: Oversee a portfolio of business relationships, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. Build and maintain strong customer partnerships, ensuring service quality and long-term retention. Monitor account performance, identify potential risks, and take preventative action to address concerns. Support revenue growth by recognising opportunities to expand services and deliver added value to existing customers. Create and manage strategic account plans, setting objectives and reviewing progress against goals. Deliver regular performance updates, maintain accurate records, and provide management reporting where required. Resolve client queries and service issues efficiently by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
