The candidate should be able to show efficiency in dealing with:-RTA/EL/OL/PL/CICA cases. (Road Traffic Accident (Employer''s Liability, Occupiers'' Liability, Public Liability, Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority)Case load in the region of 80 files.Handling RTA/PI files from inception to completionCases will have a value of less than £25,000 and will either be cases that are proceeding through the MOJ Portal or that have dropped out of the MOJ Portal.There will be a very small number of OIC cases and some infant cases.PERSON SPECIFICATION:Meet agreed personal
