This opportunity would suit educators who enjoy working with pupils with additional needs and can adapt their teaching to create positive, engaging and inclusive learning experiences.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils'' individual needs.

• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

• Support pupils with communication, learning and behavioural challenges.

• Promote independence, confidence and positive relationships.

• Maintain a structured, supportive classroom environment.

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status or relevant teaching experience appropriate to the role.

• Experience working with pupils with SEN is desirable.

• Knowledge of ASD, ADHD, SEMH or complex learning needs is advantageous.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• A flexible, patient and inclusive approach to education.
