Role DetailsRole: Property ManagerLocation: RemotePortfolio: South West LondonSalary: £35,000-£42,000Role OverviewDurrant Talent Solutions is proud to be partnering with a leading national residential managing agent in the search for a Property Manager to join their London team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio, delivering exceptional property management services while building strong relationships with leaseholders, residents, clients and contractors.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring developments are managed to the highest professional standards, maintaining compliance, overseeing maintenance and service delivery, and providing an outstanding customer experience across their portfolio.Role ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of residential leasehold developments.Build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders, Resident Management Companies (RMCs), Right to Manage Companies (RTMs) and freeholder clients.Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets in conjunction with internal teams.Monitor expenditure and ensure developments are managed within approved budgets.Arrange, attend and chair site inspections and client meetings as required.Instruct, monitor and review contractors to ensure works are completed to the required standard.Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across the portfolio.Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, ..... full job details .....
