This is what you will be doing As a Senior Family Solicitor, you will manage your own varied caseload while working alongside an experienced team of solicitors, trainees and paralegals. Your responsibilities will include: Managing public law children matters and representing parents, family members and children in care proceedings. Representing children in Rule 16.4 proceedings and taking instructions from competent children where appropriate. Conducting your own advocacy and attending court hearings predominantly across the South West. Handling Legal Aid children law matters alongside opportunities to undertake private children work.
