We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the quality and compliance within their business. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food and feed safety, quality, and legal compliance while driving continuous improvement across the business.Working closely with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external auditors, you will oversee quality management systems, coordinate internal and external audits, maintain compliance with industry standards including BRC, Organic, TASCC and UFAS, and promote a culture of quality through coaching, training and strong leadership.This role would suit an established Quality Control or Quality Assurance Manager, or an ambitious quality professional ready to take the next step in their career.
