They are currently recruiting for a driven, experienced Commercial Manager to join their team on a permanent basis based in their head office in Hertfordshire.

This is a pivotal role – you''ll be responsible for overseeing project finances, contract negotiations, and client relationships, ensuring profitability across our ventilation and ductwork projects.

What you''ll be doing:

• Leading on cost estimation, tendering and contract negotiation
• Managing project budgets and forecasting
• Working closely with the operations team to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Developing long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Identifying new commercial opportunities

What we''re looking for:

• Proven experience in a commercial or contracts management role (M&E or HVAC sectors)
• Strong negotiation and financial skills
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities
• A keen eye for detail and strategic thinking
