MIG Welder / FabricatorRotherham, S60Day shifts 16.00ph - Overtime available AFTER probation Tube/Pipe Welding work history ideal but not essential Metalis Recruitment: An opportunity has arisen for a MIG Welder / Fabricator to join a manufacturing company based in Rotherham.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up, mark, and lay out (fabricate) tack and weld various jobs as instructedReading and interpreting engineering drawings.Measuring, cutting, and fabricating components to precise specifications.Operating hand tools, grinders, and cutting machinery.Performing quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards.Working to deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.The company are looking for a Production Operative who has the following skills and experiences:Previous experience in MIG welding and fabrication.Structural Steel background/experience.Previous Tube/Pipe Welding experience ideal but not essential.Ability to work confidently from technical drawings.Knowledge of workshop safety and fabrication techniques.Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.Shifts and Salary: 16.00ph - Overtime available AFTER probation passed8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday12 Week Temporary - Permanent roleIf you''re interested in this role please apply online.
