This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy school environment and is committed to providing excellent administrative support to staff, pupils and parents. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the school office and senior leadership team. Managing the reception area and acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff. Answering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally. Maintaining accurate pupil records and updating school databases. Processing attendance and admissions information. Supporting with correspondence, filing, photocopying and general office administration. Assisting with school events and other administrative duties as required. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working within a school office is highly desirable. Experience using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar is advantageous. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
