CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:15AM TILL 5:45PM TEMP - 6 to 8 weeks £13.55 PER HOUR NG15 NOTTINGHAM Job Purpose To provide exceptional customer service by efficiently managing and processing web orders, responding to customer enquiries and complaints via email and chat and supporting the team with call handling as needed. The role ensures that all customer interactions whether complaints, queries or follow ups are addressed promptly and accurately, maintaining high service standards and contributing to a positive customer experience.
