Process Engineer

Addison Project Plc is seeking a contractor to provide Process Engineering services for a Process Sector upgrade project. This scope will be delivered from our Thornton-Cleveleys office. Services to be provided Produce Process Calculations/Data sheets/Equipment specification Produce PFD/PandID/Cause and effect development Produce Process reports/philosophy Plant troubleshooting Equipment/Piping/Valve/inline items and instrument schedules Checking/Approval of documents Liaising with vendors for equipment HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA attendance Hazardous Area Classification and DSEAR assessment Evidence Required A Chemical degree is essential. Chartered status is desirable. Demonstrable experience working in a UK Onshore process engineering design team, within either a petrochemical, chemical, oil and gas, pharmaceutical or food and beverage industry. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of HAZOP, DSEAR and ATEX in a COMAH environment. Ability to work to high level of autonomy and to produce high quality results. Passion for and track record for delivering safe, fit for purpose, accurate design, completed to cost and programme. Ability to be adaptable and to drive progress to meet targets. Thorough approach with attention to detail and the ability to recognise and minimise risks.
