HR Advisor FMCG Manufacturing Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pmWorking Arrangement: 1 day per week working from homeContract: Full-time, PermanentThe Opportunity We are recruiting an HR Advisor to join a busy FMCG manufacturing environment.Working closely with the HR team and operational managers, you will provide day-to-day HR support, advise on employee relations matters and help drive employee engagement, development and retention.This is a varied, hands-on role suited to an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees. Support employee relations matters, including disciplinaries and absence management. Help drive employee engagement, retention and development. Support succession planning and internal progression. Coach and advise managers on HR policies and procedures. Promote consistent HR standards and positive working practices. Support briefings and meetings outside standard hours when required. About You Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar role. Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or a fast-paced operational environment. Good knowledge of employee relations and HR processes. Confident supporting and advising managers. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Able to influence, challenge and manage competing priorities. What''s on Offer?
