They are looking for a proactive HLTA who can work effectively across the school, support class teachers and confidently lead learning when required.The ideal candidate will hold a recognised HLTA qualification/status and have previous experience working within a primary school environment. Candidates with strong experience working at HLTA level will also be considered.Due to the inclusive nature of the school, previous experience supporting pupils with SEND, EAL or additional learning needs would be particularly beneficial.
