About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced TIG Weld Fabricator to join their skilled production team. This role involves the fabrication and welding of high-quality metal components, ensuring all work meets precise specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical ability, and a commitment to producing excellent workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on a range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Fabricate, assemble, and finish components to a high standard
• Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• High level of precision and attention to detail
• Good understanding of fabrication techniques and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Skills

• Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications
• Experience with coded welding standards
• Knowledge of additional welding methods (MIG/Stick)
