Head of Housing Delivery and Partnerships Rate: £650-£700 per day Contract: Interim Working Pattern: Hybrid Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a senior interim leader to drive forward a significant housing delivery and regeneration agenda within a complex local authority environment. This role will provide strategic leadership across housing development, regeneration and partnership activity, ensuring the successful delivery of additional homes alongside wider place-based regeneration objectives. This is a high-impact position requiring political awareness, commercial credibility and the ability to lead large multidisciplinary capital programmes. The Role You will lead housing delivery and regeneration activity across the borough, with responsibility for: Developing and delivering major regeneration and housing growth projects Building and maintaining strong partnerships with developers, Registered Providers and public sector stakeholders Leading complex redevelopment schemes from concept through to delivery Overseeing financial appraisals, funding strategies and capital programme management Managing substantial capital and revenue budgets to achieve value for money Providing strategic advice to senior officers and elected members Ensuring compliance with procurement, governance and regulatory frameworks About You Extensive senior leadership experience within housing, regeneration, development or property Demonstrable track record delivering large-scale regeneratio
