Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer

Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer. A London based facilities management firm need a Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber to join the team and carry out plumbing, heating and mechanical works across domestic and commercial properties in London.
The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber role will involve installations, repairs, maintenance, fault finding, testing and commissioning, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer responsibilities include:

• Install, repair and maintain domestic and commercial plumbing and mechanical systems
• Carry out fault finding and diagnose system issues
• Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works
• Carry out testing and commissioning
• Complete accurate job records and reports
• Work in accordance with Health and Safety procedures and risk assessments
• Liaise professionally with clients and colleagues
• Participate in the out of hours call out rota when required

The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber will need:

• Proven domestic and commercial experience
• NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
• Gas Safe Registered - Domestic and Commercial
• Strong fault finding and problem solving
• Full UK Driving Licence

The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber salary is -50-65k + company vehicle + pension etc

You will need to do a DBS check for this position.
