Location: Ware, Hertfordshire
Salary: -50,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits!

Career Makers are partnering with a well-established care provider in the South who are looking for an experienced-Home Manager-to lead a small nursing home in the heart of Ware.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and supportive care team, with strong senior support and ongoing development opportunities. You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high standards of care.

Responsibilities as a Home Manager:

• Lead the day-to-day management of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation.
• Lead, support and develop the staff team through supervision, training and performance management.
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments, audits and continuous quality improvement.

Requirements as a Home Manager:

• Previous Home Manager experience within a nursing or care home setting
• Active NMC Pin-preferred
• Relevant management qualification
