Working alongside colleagues, volunteers, health professionals and community partners, you will help create welcoming, inclusive opportunities for individuals to participate, build friendships and access the support they need. The Role This is a varied, hands-on position combining community engagement, activity coordination, volunteer support and administration. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the organisation and delivery of engaging group sessions and community events, ensuring activities are safe, inclusive and welcoming. Building positive relationships, encouraging participation, maintaining regular contact and signposting individuals to relevant services and activities. Assisting with volunteer recruitment, inductions, rotas and ongoing communication to ensure volunteers feel supported and valued.
