The most successful candidate will have an authentic passion for the hospitality industry, a record of success in a fast-paced environment, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The General Manager will be in charge of managing the property and the Aethos Club. The ideal candidate will have experience in experiential hospitality, including member clubs and destination restaurants. The candidate will be an effective leader and must be a true ambassador of the Aethos brand.Work and thrive to always innovate to improve the property’s performanceLawful permanent resident, eligible to work in the UK.8+ years of hospitality experienceMust be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in generalResearch, organizational skills, and extraordinary relationship-building skillsStrong communication (both written and oral) and management skills.Communicate with hosts and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented mannerMust be able to prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines flexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage is commonMaintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotelComply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operationsAttractive development opportunities in a high-growth environment, domestically and internationallyFamily and Friends hotel ratesEmployment type
