A

brand-new luxury theatre

and nightclub concept is launching in

London’s West End , and we are looking for

chefs to complement the kitchen team .

The Emerald Theatre, home to

Diamonds and Dust

, a cabaret production by world-renowned performer Dita Von Teese, will feature an incredible immersive dining experience.

The team will work closely with a

strong and experienced Head Chef

who oversees the menu creation, to refine and execute a sophisticated, high-volume three-course menu.

The

kitchen is well-equipped , having previously operated as a large restaurant. The role demands high-volume experience and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The venue operates on a structured schedule with dark days on Tuesdays. The show runs multiple times a week, including two services on Sundays and three on Saturdays. Bar snacks will also be available for non-dining guests.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting kitchen team for a new London venue with high-profile clientele and a strong head chef at the helm of the kitchen!

Candidates should have strong leadership skills, experience in high-volume service, and the ability to follow recipes and strict SOPs to create incredible menus and unforgettable guest experiences.
