Multi Skills Programme Lead -Construction -Further Education Salary: £40,000 per annumPension: Up to 28.6% employer''s contribution Hours: Full time, 37 hours per weekContract: Permanent About the Role We are seeking an ambitious educator to step into a Programme Lead role, acting as a vital link between the classroom and department leadership. This position offers a structured split: you will spend Monday through Thursday delivering 12 hours of Multi-Skills instruction, while your Fridays are reserved for strategic programme management. Main Duties for this role include Use standardised College formats to create structured and meaningful learning paths for every student.Deliver consistently excellent classroom experiences that empower learners to succeed.Ensure students stay on track by providing accurate, criteria-led feedback on all assignments and coursework.Work within the College''s quality assurance guidelines to meet all internal and external performance targets.Utilise diverse resources to create a professional and productive learning atmosphere.Guide students toward their full potential through regular 1-to-1 tutoring and collaborative communication with families. Requirements: A Level 2 (or higher) qualification in a relevant construction or multi-skills trade.A recognised teaching qualificationLevel 2 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
