Requirements of the Head of Supply Chain: Proven supply chain leadership across procurement, planning, inventory, logistics and warehousing. Background working in high volume manufacturing environments (electronics highly desired) Strong commercial acumen with experience in supplier management, contract negotiation and cost reduction. Expertise in ERP systems, forecasting and inventory optimisation. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate high-performing teams.
