MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit a Finance Partner in North London or Oldham. Responsibilities: Deliver an effective finance partnering service to stakeholders across, improving the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance.Be accountable for the accurate production of monthly and quarterly management accounts that reflect the financial performance of the business.Partner with Directors and their teams to develop and provide insightful and meaningful financial analysis and management information inform and drive decision making and cost improvements.Work with managers to undertake in-depth analysis of financial performance, producing reports and narrative to assist management control and providing business advice to address and rectify adverse performance.Work with budget holders to deliver robust draft budgets supported by core assumptions based upon detailed analysis and evaluation and in line with agreed deadlines.Work with Senior Finance Partners to develop reporting and performance indicators to monitor performance and make improvements.Ensure sound understanding of business processes and identify, recommend and drive improvements to ensure key financial and operational targets are achieved.Provide support on projects to deliver continuous improvement in the delivery of financial and management accounting.Skills Required: Experience of finance partnering and ability to build and maintain effective working
