You will be self-motivated, with a high degree of accuracy, numeracy and communication skills. Responsibilities: General day to day bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliation, ensuring accurate tracking of payments and receipts, filing of invoices, chasing payments and resolving queries as they arise Assist with month end and year end tasks as required Support the director with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required Requirements: Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role Proficiency in accounting software (VT transaction useful) and Microsoft Office A strong understanding of financial principles and regulatory requirements Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A qualification in accounting or bookkeeping is advantageous but not essential Availability to work on site up to 8 hours a week with full flexibility as to when these hours are worked Flexibility to work additional hours as and when required to meet month end and year end deadlines Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
