November 2025 PPM CREWE LOGISTICS CONTROLLER We have a vacancy available for a Logistics Controller to support the process application of paint onto vehicles. The role specifically involves: Daily inventory/stock check of all paints and solvents (inc 2nd tier supplier). Oversee stock rotation Ordering of all company materials used on site against forecasts (SAP and DBI). Liaise daily with the company Logistics and manufacturing sites to ensure on time deliveries (within established on site delivery slots). Ensure 100% of the time the site is furnished with products to ensure zero line stops attributable to PPM. Establish and co-ordinate emergency response plans in relation to any potential material supply shortfall. Daily/weekly liaison with the Paint Shop and Manufacturing representatives to monitor planning, production and delivery forecasts. Prepare, analyse and present all paint usage reports and graphs including V.O.C. reports. Maintain all paint material receiving records. Manage, support and control multi-site inventory reduction/optimisation. Responsible for the batch submission logs and reports. Control shipping of all paint and panel samples to Germany. Maintain compliance to all environmental requirements in respect to both processes and personnel (waste discharge schedules to trade effluent, mass).
