They are looking for a Freelance Site Manager to oversee key packages (predominantly internals), ensuring high-quality standards, programme adherence, and smooth site operations.Key Responsibilities:•Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring HandS compliance and smooth project delivery• Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and timely progress• Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain schedules and resolve on-site challenges• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with building regs and spec• Report on progress, site logistics, and key milestonesTHE CANDIDATE• Proven experience working for a Tier 1 main contractor on large-scale residential projects• Strong knowledge of high-rise, RC frame construction and internal fit-out• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification• Ability to hit the ground running and drive the project forwardApply with an up to date CV or contact Dan Standish at Kenton Black
