Supply Star Little Learners are-looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join a well-established nursery in Oldbury-as an Early Years Lunchtime Cover, to work-term-time, Monday - Fridays between 3-4 hours per day during 10.30am - 2/2.30pm.-

As-Early Years Lunchtime Cover, you-will play an integral-role in ensuring children have a safe, happy, and healthy lunchtime experience and supporting your colleagues.-

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision:-Support and supervise children during their meal times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Encouragement:-Promote good table manners and encourage children to try healthy foods.
• Hygiene & Safety:-Assist with cleaning tables, chairs, and floors, and ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained.
• Engagement:-Engage with children through play or quiet activities once they have finished eating.

About You:

• A friendly and flexible approach with the ability to build relationships with children and staff.
• An understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles.
• Reliable, punctual, and passionate about working with young children.-

Qualifications:

• Either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• English-GCSE Grade C/4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (if qualified post September 2014)
• A current First Aid certificate (ideally if qualified post 30/06/2016)
