What you''ll be doing As Head of Compliance for the House of Commons Parliamentary Maintenance Services Team (PMST), you will play a central role in ensuring the safe, resilient and compliant operation of the UK Parliament. Leading the Compliance team and sitting within the Senior Leadership Group, you will oversee health and safety management, statutory compliance, and risk and business continuity planning across a uniquely complex environment. You will shape the compliance strategy for PMST, champion continuous improvement and drive innovation in how we manage risk, monitor performance and strengthen assurance.
