A leading documents solutions company and the UK ''s number one producer of annual reports and IPO prospectuses is looking for a Financial Controller to join the team. 

What you’ll be doing as Financial Controller:

- Manage the company''s financial operations including budgeting, insurances, auditing and cash flow.
- Prepare and communicate timely financial reports to the CEO, board and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal audit and tax requirements.
- Lead and develop the finance and accountancy team of two.
- Oversee risk management and financial controls.
- Draft, review and negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients, vendors, subcontractors and partners.
- Manage HR and issue terms of employment.
- Manage relevant ISO standards and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

We’re looking for a Financial Controller with:

- Educated to Degree level.
- Professional accreditation (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA).
- Preferably knowledge of ISO management standards (ISO 27001, ISO 14001 etc.).
- Experience in a senior financial management role. Advantageous to have worked in a similar sized business (turnover c£10m with c50 employees).
- Strong leadership, analytic and communication skills.bn
- Proficient with financial management software and data analysis.
