Salary: £61,000 - £71,000 Contract: Permanent (0.8-1.0 FTE considered) Location: London Hybrid working Closing date: 7 th May Benefits: 25 days holiday, Pension scheme, enhanced family leave, wellbeing day, kids holiday clubs, ongoing professional development We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Fundraising, reporting to the Chief Executive, to join Unitas Youth Zone an inspiring, ambitious and highly-regarded youth charity delivering life changing opportunities for young people across Barnet. Unitas is the largest provider of youth work in North London and was awarded Charity of the Year 2024 by The Barnet Group. This senior leadership role offers the chance to shape and grow a high-performing fundraising function, with the ambition to deliver c.£2m per annum in income. You will work closely with an engaged Board, an actively involved Chair and a passionate executive team with significant autonomy to lead, innovate and build. As Director of Fundraising, you will lead the development and delivery of a diverse, donor-centred fundraising strategy, with relationship-based fundraising at its heart. You will personally manage a portfolio of major donors and corporate partners while leading and motivating a small, skilled fundraising and communications team.
