Renowned for our freshly prepared dishes, seasonal menus, and loyal customer base, we take pride in delivering consistently high-quality food and service. As a Chef de Partie, you''ll be responsible for managing your own section of the kitchen and supporting the wider team in delivering smooth, efficient service throughout the day. LOVELY TEAM.Working Hours:5 days per week out of 7, on a rota basis9-hour shifts, including a 30-minute lunch breakNo late finishes - shifts end no later than 8.30pmKey Responsibilities:Prepare and cook dishes to order in line with caf standards and recipesRun a designated section of the kitchen (e.g. grill, salads, breakfast, pastry)Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operations and kitchen prepEnsure consistent presentation and high standards across all dishesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene across your station, following all food safety regulationsSupport with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising wasteSupervise and mentor junior kitchen staff when requiredWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a confident Commis Chef ready to step upComfortable working in a high-paced caf or casual dining environmentSolid understanding of food
