Senior Oracle Technical Support and Configuration Analyst Croydon (Hybrid Working) 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), 2 days from home£60,000 - £70,000 per annum 37.5-hour working week About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Technical Support and Configuration Analyst to join a growing Oracle team supporting a large, complex, commerce-focused organisation. This is a key technical position responsible for the configuration, administration, integration, support and continuous improvement of the Oracle Cloud estate, including ERP, HCM, Payroll, PBCS and FDI. Working as part of a specialist Oracle support function, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring system stability, security and performance while supporting business-critical operations. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, functional specialists, data analysts, service desk teams, vendors and senior stakeholders to deliver a first-class Oracle service. This role would suit an Oracle technical specialist who enjoys solving complex system challenges, driving improvements and acting as the technical authority within a collaborative support environment.
